Whangarei East (Matapouri-Tutukaka, Kiripaka, Abbey Caves-Glenbervie, Ngunguru, Pataua, Parua Bay, Bream Head),
Whangarei North (Mangakahia-Hukerenui, Whangaruru, Hikurangi, Kauri),
Tikipunga, and
Whangarei West (Matarau, Maungatapere, Pukenui).
Across the whole of Whangarei, there are 5,811 children under four years old, 6,378 children aged five to nine, and 6,948 children and young people aged ten to fourteen years old. They are 20% of the total population living in Whangarei.
